Matt Gilchrist (Co-founder/Operations) - With more than 20 years of experience in the loyalty and retention industry from both client and agency perspectives. Matt specialises in program development, management, lifecycle communication, and engagement strategies and has successfully managed B2B and B2C programs for notable companies such as AGL, BP Australia, and Retail Decisions.

Martin McKinnon (Co-founder/Strategy) – Martin brings over 30 years of expertise in, marketing, relationship building, and loyalty. He was instrumental in creating and launching the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and later established Service Partners, a company with 130 employees that ran Qantas' Frequent Flyer call and service centre. Additionally, Martin provided advisory services on customer loyalty to major global clients, including Virgin Mobile, West, Air Asia, and El Al Airlines, as the Managing Partner of Mojo and Publicis Mojo Consulting.
